    Summary 

     The Treasury Function is an integral part of the organization, controlling Cash Flows and helping the Organization to optimally use all available Cash. While the function liaises with multiple stakeholders like Shareholders and Debt issuers to raise capital, frequently this function is also required to prioritize fund allocation between vendor payments, stock buying and Statutory payments.The other key role performed by the function is to link financial statements with cash positions and forecasts. 
    For this role, we are looking for someone to lead this function independently. This person would report into the Director of Business Finance & Treasury. Please note this role would have significant interaction with the Tata Group corporate teams since Tata CliQ is an entity which is part of the group.  
    Key Accountabilities 

    ·                 Liaise with the Tata Group Corporate Teams and other stakeholders to ensure smooth inbound Cash 

    ·                 Manage various equity and debt instruments and the compliance around it 

    ·                 Liaise with External banks to ensure we get best rates for WC loand/OD facilities and Other instruments 

    ·                 Manage Safety Cash and ensure dynamic and planned investment of surplus cash into liquid securities 

    ·                 Analyze financial statements and be able to forecast the cash requirement for Business  

    ·                 Convert Operational metrics like AP/AR days into actionable plans and control CFO/CFI/CFF 

    ·                 Implementing improved processes, systems and analytical tools to improve the quality of forecasts and financial analysis. 
    Qualifications/Requirements 

    ·                 CA with 5-6 years of experience in a Corporate Treasury and Banking Ops environment 

    ·                 Financial Demonstrate strong Communication Skills and ability to work with peers and various stakeholders 

    ·                 Proficient in Office Tools MS Excel, Power Point Skills. 

    ·                 Able to work independently and takes initiative 

    ·                 Exceptional communication skills. Proficiency in English language
