Manger - Copywriter, is responsible for leading the conceptual development and hands on copywriting for creative work that motivates prospects to engage with Interactive Brokers across their journey and through multiple channels. The ideal candidate should be able to independently craft content that is conceptually rich, performance-driven and on-brand.
Key Responsibilities
• Campaign Development: Craft integrated performance campaigns, value propositions, and conceptual frameworks across the conversion funnel.
• Multi-Channel Writing: Write high-performing copy for paid social, digital display ads, landing pages, email, and video.
• Testing and Optimization: Partner with growth marketing team to analyze campaign metrics, run A/B creative tests, and iterate messaging based on performance data.
• Create fresh messaging approaches for specific audiences, based on creative strategy insights.
• If not already well-versed, quickly gain fluency for the trading industry. Ability to become a subject matter expert on the Interactive Brokers trading platforms, product features, product functionality, customer benefits and brand guidelines including voice, tone and legal mandatories, etc.
• Responsible for staying current with channel delivery specifications, emerging trends and technologies (e.g., Google Pax).
• Able to multitask to creatively manage multiple assignments and various timeframes and budgets.
• Collaborate and partner with cross-department teams to develop and craft final deliverables.
• Be a part of the creative process from ideation to the final product, ensuring quality and style meet our standards as well as the business strategies and objectives.
• Understanding and implementation of channel best practices.
• Set a tone that is respectful, openly inventive, and collaborative.
Required Skills
• Great conceptual chops.
• Advanced proficiency in writing fresh, ownable copy rooted in audience insights, with ability to critique and strengthen art direction as well.

• Must be skilled in Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Google Slides. Should have general knowledge of design software used across the team (e.g., Figma) as well as a good understanding of AI technologies.
• Have a general sense/understanding of branding, art direction and typography, and ideally have some knowledge of current design and advertising trends.
• Ability to meet fast deadlines, juggle multiple priorities.
• Leader in ensuring an environment of producing accurate and error-free work.
• Maintain a positive, proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment and show initiative in solving problems.
• Strong ability to clarify and ask thoughtful questions about briefs, as well as to receive feedback and revise work effectively with team alignment and buy-in.
• Collaborate and partner with cross-department teams to develop and craft the final deliverables.
You will need
• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing or related field. Or have equivalent experience in a relevant field is required.
• 10+ years of professional copywriting experience focused on growth marketing, direct response, or digital advertising.
• Portfolio demonstrating data-backed, conversion-focused campaigns with measurable business results.
• Advanced knowledge of writing for all channels.Deep familiarity with marketing funnels, customer journey, audience segmentation, and platform-specific best practices (e.g., Meta, Google Ads).
• Exceptional written, verbal and conceptual communication skills.
