•     Partner with GBS Data & Analytics teams to leverage process mining tools and ERP data for baseline measurement.

Team Leadership & Analyst Development

•     Supervise and develop 2–4 CI Analysts; assign workstreams, review deliverables, and provide structured coaching.

•     Guide Analysts through process mapping assignments and quality-check documentation for accuracy and completeness.

•     Support Analyst Yellow Belt and Green Belt certification journeys through project guidance and knowledge transfer.

Stakeholder Collaboration

•     Engage tower process owners, operations leads, and functional SMEs to gather inputs, validate findings, and drive buy-in for improvements.

•     Prepare and present project updates, workshop findings, and improvement proposals to Senior Manager and tower leadership.

•     Coordinate with IT/automation teams to align process redesigns with digitalization and RPA pipeline.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

•     Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or Supply Chain.

•     Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

•     Six Sigma Black Belt certification or active pursuit.

•     Exposure to process mining tools (Celonis, UiPath Process Mining).

•     Experience with ERP platforms (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle) in an ATR or AP context.

•     Lean certification or Kaizen facilitation experience.

•     Experience in FMCG, CPG, or Kraft Heinz GBS environment.
