Management Consulting Director - CMT

For this role, we are looking for aManagement Consulting Senior Managerwith deep sector knowledge, strong market credibility, and the ability to engage confidently with senior client stakeholders. You will act as a trusted partner to our clients, combining industry expertise with consulting capabilities to shape transformation agendas, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to the development of our Telecommunications business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate clients’ strategic direction and business objectives into actionable strategies and transformation initiatives within the Telecommunications industry;
• Bring strong Telecom industry knowledge and perspective, acting as a credible and trusted advisor to clients and internal teams;
• Lead and contribute to Go-to-Market strategies and initiatives, identifying market opportunities, priority client needs, and relevant value propositions;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, leveraging industry experience to challenge perspectives and bring relevant market insights;
• Participate in diagnosing complex business challenges and in defining and leading transformation programs;
• Understand clients’ current operating models and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, innovation, and technology-enabled transformation;
• Translate customer needs into implementable business solutions that support long-term value creation and business integration;
• Design new business processes and operating models based on customer requirements, facilitating stakeholder alignment and decision-making;
• Leverage Accenture’s methods, tools, assets, and broader capabilities to design and deliver impactful client outcomes;
• Contribute to strengthening Accenture’s positioning and market relevance within the Telecom sector.

Qualifications:

• Strong professional experience within the Telecommunications industry, with a solid understanding of the sector, its business models, market dynamics, key challenges, and transformation priorities;
• Experience leading or contributing to Go-to-Market, industry development, commercial initiatives, and/or business development;
• Natural leadership skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate, and mobilize stakeholders across different levels of an organization;
• Consulting experience is mandatory;
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills;
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Portuguese.
