·Design and implement program governance, PMO standards, stage-gate processes, and delivery frameworks for portfolios of PLM and non-PLM engagements.
·Guide the planning and execution of transformation programs as a senior project management advisor, establishing scope, budget, and timeline baselines and the controls to manage against them.
·Define KPIs, dashboards, and value-realization measures, and report delivery and financial performance to client leadership and P&L owners.
·Establish risk, issue, and dependency management processes, and advise client leadership on mitigation options and escalation decisions.
·Advise on financial forecasting, cost containment, contract adherence, and change request management, and support scoping of engagement extensions.
·Recommend improvements to Agile and SAFe adoption, DevOps practices, release management, and quality engineering (including test automation strategy) to improve speed and quality.
·Assess and improve ITIL-aligned incident, problem, change, and availability management processes so client operations can meet contractual SLAs.
·Advise on vendor and outsourced-partner governance models, including onshore, nearshore, and offshore delivery structures.
·Facilitate business reviews and steering committees, and advise stakeholders up to the C-suite on transformation decisions.
·Design client onboarding and transition approaches, and coordinate across service management, cloud, networking, and infrastructure teams.
·Design engagement manager capability and certification programs, playbooks, and training so client teams can sustain improved practices after the engagement.
·Lead communities of practice, coach and mentor client delivery leaders, and embed best practices across the client organization.
