In a prime location close to a variety of shops and other businesses it is well placed to attract a mix of clientele. This pub is popular with the local community, shoppers and students. It has a steady footfall and forms part of a circuit with many other pubs in the town centre.

Currently, the pub offers a traditional pub menu but makes most of its trade through drinks sales. Renowned for its homemade Sunday roast and has a good reputation for cask ales.

One room operation that’s in 3 zones. Front bar area to the left as you walk in and 2 other areas for casual drinking but also popular for diners. Good Kitchen catering for 60 covers.

Small area for drinking at the front of the pub with several benches. The Car park has facilities for 5 cars which is not always utilised. This space may offer a solution if you wish to create a larger outdoor trading area.

The tired signage and lighting will be considered for investment in the future by Star.
