The Day-to-Day:

• Lead and superviseMechanics,MRO, and Janitors on shifts.
• Manage fleet vehicles and long-term car rentals as needed.
• Overseeon-site contractors and conduct nightly security checks.
• Conduct skilled trade testing and prioritize work order requests.
• Supervise employees in completing maintenance and electrical repairs safely and efficiently.
• Driveworld-class preventative and predictive maintenance to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
• Ensure employee compliance withLockout Tagout (LOT) for safety.

What We’re Looking For:

• Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Knowledge ofquality procedures and a strong attention to detail.
• At least2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, ideally automotive.
• Excellentjudgment, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills, particularly in analytics and hydraulics.
• Ability tomulti-task and manage competing demands under pressure.
