Job Title: Maintenance Master Data Specialist
Rate: 45.45/hr
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (PST)
Location:Vacaville, CA

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Master Data Specialist for a 12-month contract opportunity. This entry-level position focuses on high-volume data entry, records management, and administrative organization within maintenance operations. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with exceptional attention to detail who can maintain accurate records and manage documentation efficiently in a high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high-volume, accurate data entry into maintenance databases and system records.
  • Maintain, organize, and archive paper and electronic maintenance files, equipment logs, and documentation.
  • Assist the maintenance team with updating records, schedules, and work order details.
  • Ensure data consistency, integrity, and compliance across all maintenance documentation.
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks for the maintenance department as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience: Entry-level; previous administrative, data entry, or office support experience is preferred.
  • Key Skills: Strong attention to detail, accuracy, fast learning ability, and the ability to manage high-volume workloads efficiently.
  • Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, and general computer navigation.
  • Documentation: Ability to organize, maintain, and accurately update records and files.
Preferred / Plus Factors
  • SAP Experience: Experience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is a strong plus.
  • GMP Documentation: Previous experience with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) documentation standards is a plus.
  • Data Entry: Experience with SAP data entry or other database management systems is beneficial.
  • Filing Management: Experience maintaining and organizing paper and electronic records is advantageous.
Background Check Requirements
High-level overview:
  • 7-year criminal background check.
  • Employment verification for the last 3 years, based solely on the employment history provided on the resume at submission.
Drug Test Requirements
Drug screening panels depend on the work location:
  • Vacaville, CA; Hayward, CA; or Rockland, ME: Phencyclidine (PCP), Cocaine, Amphetamines, and Opiates.
  • All other locations: Phencyclidine (PCP), Cocaine, Amphetamines, Opiates, Marijuana, and 6-acetyl morphine.
