Job Description/ Responsibilities
o Administer the IBM Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD) system, including applications, application groups, folders, and users
o Understanding of CMOD metadata and indexing structures
o Configure indexing, report definitions, and document ingestion workflows
o Manage report loading, ingestion, and indexing (AFP, PDF, line data)
o Ensure efficient archival, retrieval, retention, and lifecycle management of reports
o Work with application teams to define indexing, search, and retrieval requirements
o Support incident, change, and problem management processes
o Knowledge of ODWEK / Content Navigator integration
๏‚ง Perform backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning
o Excellent understanding of System z architecture
o Excellent experience with IBM z/OS operating system
o Experience in building Mainframe LPAR and OS Upgrades
o Installation of patches and fixes
o System parameters/parmlib maintenance
o Knowledge of managing the JES3 subsystem.
o Managing incidents on z/OS related issues
o z/OS performance monitoring and reporting
