Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Overview

The Mailroom & Shipping Associate supports daily mailroom, shipping, package processing, and onsite operations. This position also assists with package delivery and event setup as needed.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, process, and distribute incoming packages.

• Prepare and process outgoing packages and shipments.

• Deliver packages to employees throughout the facility.

• Assist with onsite event setup and operational support.

• Operate mailroom, shipping, and postage equipment.

• Use pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment as needed.

• Maintain organized and accurate mailroom and shipping areas.

• Provide professional customer service to employees and internal departments.

• Lift and move packages weighing up to 40–50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.

• 6–12 months of related mailroom, shipping, warehouse, or operations experience.

• Experience operating postage meters and mailroom equipment preferred.

• Experience with shipping, packaging, or related equipment preferred.

• Ability to troubleshoot basic mailroom equipment issues.

• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to lift up to 40–50 pounds.

• Willing and able to operate a pallet jack.

• Reliable transportation required.

• Valid driver's license required for potential permanent conversion.

Dress Code

Business casual. Jeans or slacks with a polo or button-down shirt are acceptable. No shorts.
