About the Role:Maid Brigade of Northwest Chicago Suburbs is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Maid / Housecleaner to join our growing team in Rolling Meadows, IL! Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough residential cleaning services including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing
  • Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas to company quality standards
  • Follow established cleaning checklists and procedures for each client visit
  • Use company-provided cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor in clients' homes
  • Work independently or as part of a cleaning team to complete assignments efficiently
  • Report any damages, safety concerns, or client feedback to management
Requirements:
  • Prior housecleaning, maid service, or janitorial experience preferred but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning results
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent work schedule
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
  • Trustworthy, professional, and comfortable working in clients' private homes
  • Ability to follow instructions and work well both independently and as part of a team
