Machine Learning Engineer

About the role:

We are building out our technical team and looking for exceptional engineers who are driven by solving complex problems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and software development, with a passion for building innovative AI-powered solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models into software applications.
• Optimize ML models for performance and scalability.
• Conduct research to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in ML and AI.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field; Master's or PhD preferred.
• Strong programming skills, with proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Solid understanding of statistics, mathematics, and algorithms.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
