Key Requirements
- Strong hands-on Machine Learning Engineering experience.
- Direct experience developing Recommendation Systems.
- Experience with Personalization / Recommendation Engines for consumer-facing applications.
- Ability to build, deploy, and productionize ML models.
- Strong experience with Python and modern ML frameworks.
- Experience with ML pipelines, model deployment, and production environments.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, feature engineering, model evaluation, and optimization.
- Fintech or consumer technology experience is a plus.
- Must be able to work onsite in Morristown, NJ 3 days per week.
- Must be local to the area due to the onsite final interview.
