Job Description:

Job Summary**

Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of machinery and production areas within a manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities**

* Operate and maintain various cleaning equipment, including floor scrubbers, sweepers, and power washers.
* Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting of floors, walls, and machinery.
* Clean and sanitize production equipment, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
* Remove debris, waste, and spills from production areas.
* Empty and clean waste receptacles.
* Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
* Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.
* Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
* Assist with other general labor tasks as required.

Job Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Previous experience in industrial cleaning or a similar role preferred.
* Ability to operate and troubleshoot cleaning equipment.
* Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
* Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean work environment.
* Good communication skills.
* Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
