POSITION SUMMARY:
Prepares evaluation of all missionary associates who have itinerated three months or more for the monthly meeting with the Mobilization Director.
Records financial information, the number of appointments and services reported on the required fund-raising report.
Contacts approved missionary associates and return associates; sends the initial email materials and mails commitment forms and receipt books.
Maintains record of all minutes, contact, fundraising reports, items sent and mentor, Area Director and Regional Director important comments and approvals.
Submits necessary Area Director and Executive Director minutes weekly to the Administrative Coordinator.
Sends budget status report and commitment list to each associate every three months and as requested. Copies the MA Budget Specialist, Mentor and Trainer.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma.
- Previous office experience preferred.
- PC Skills (Microsoft Office Suite including Access).
- Data Entry.
- Good phone skills.
- Self-starter and willing to learn.
- Customer service.
- General office skills.
