Job Description 

Our Strategy Consulting team is seeking talent with 5+ years of industry experience who are interested in transitioning to strategy consulting. Dogma Alares provides every “Experienced Hire” with a development plan and a coach to help them learn the consulting profession. Our clients are increasingly valuing consultants with leadership experience in their respective industries. The results to date have been excellent.

What you will do 

• Execute high-quality fact-based analysis and build analytical/financial models 
• Develop solution recommendations for our clients 
• Support business development efforts of Dogma Alares 

What we look for 

• Minimum '5 years' of industry experience is a 'must' 
• A degree in engineering, management or economics from a top university is required 
• MBA is preferred 
• Excellent analytical, quantitative problem-solving skills and a high level of conceptual thinking 
• Ability to work independently 
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for exponential learning 
• An entrepreneurial mindset
