Job Description:
- Provide advanced L2/L3 support for Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
- Act as SME and handle critical escalations.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis for major incidents.
- Manage mail flow, transport rules, connectors, and security policies.
- Administer Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive environments.
- Implement MFA, Conditional Access, DLP, eDiscovery, and Purview controls.
- Perform PowerShell automation and bulk administration.
- Coordinate with Microsoft Support for complex issues.
- Create SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
- Mentor L1 engineers and conduct KT sessions.
- Ensure SLA compliance and ITIL process adherence.
- Generate reports and recommend service improvements.
