M365 Information Management Specialists

We are inviting applications from experienced M365Information Management Specialists to play a key role in helping organisations unlock the full potential of Microsoft 365 collaboration applications. 

In this role,you’ll design and implement solutions that enable seamless collaboration, ensurecompliance and deliver better information management outcomes.You’ll work closely with clients to understand their unique information and records management needs and translate these into practical, effective Microsoft 365 solutions. This includes configuring applications such as SharePoint,Teams and OneDrive in line with best practice, while ensuring every solution meets New Zealand’s security,privacy and legislative requirements. 

Yourexpertise will help organisations turn their Information Management strategies into real-world information architecture and governance frameworks to support flexible working and improved collaboration.You’ll also create clear documentation and provide hands-on knowledge transfer to ensure clients can confidently manage andmaintain their solutions long after implementation. 

Whatyou’ll bring 

• 5+ years’ experience ininformation management, withan ability to providepragmatic advice and support acrossdigital and physical information environments. 

• Strong working knowledgeof the information management lifecycle
  and theregulatory requirements for information, with practicalexperience indeveloping ways to meetthe requirements of both.  

• Proven experience in designing and implementing Microsoft 365 solutions, withstrong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, including libraries, lists, metadata, permissions,navigation and lifecycle.  

• Strong knowledgeof
  Microsoft information protection,governance and compliance features, withhands-onexpertise in administering andmaintaining SharePoint,Teams and OneDrive.  

• Ability toclearlycommunicate information management concepts,policies and benefits to stakeholders atdifferent levels of an organisation, and to work well with both technical and non-technical people to build trusted relationships. 

• Practical experience migrating information from legacy systems into SharePoint Online,OneDrive and Microsoft Teams.  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, plus strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 

• Experiencedevelopingtrainingand supporting materialsforM365 collaborationtools, and delivering this trainingthrough coaching and demonstrations.  

• Experience developing policies, strategies,roadmaps or practices [desirable] 

• Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot and/or other Generative-AI tools,withexperience in assessing organisational readiness (desirable)  

• Experiencein Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Bi, Power Apps) [desirable]
