Junior SAP HCM Consultant (German-Speaking)

Join Inetum'sHuman Experience Management (HXM)team as aJunior SAP HCM Consultant. This opportunity is designed for professionals at the beginning of their career who want to develop functional and technical skills in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors while supporting German-speaking users and participating in international projects.

Main Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Provide first- and second-line functional support to users.
• Analyse, record and monitor incidents and service requests.
• Support configuration and testing activities under the guidance of senior consultants.
• Create and maintain functional documentation and procedures.
• Participate in meetings with Portuguese and international stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to HR solutions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an international environment.

• Degree in Management, Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science or a similar field.
• Professional proficiency in German (minimum B2/C1 level).
• Fluency in Portuguese.
• Professional working knowledge of English.
• Interest in Human Resources and Information Systems.
• Strong communication, organisation and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop new competencies.
