Location: Tuen Mun

• Developing a schedule for routine maintenance of mobile plants, heavy equipment, trucks, etc.
• Responding to diagnose and repair malfunctioning equipment.
• Creating standard operating procedures for maintenance and repairs.
• Training staff on equipment use and potential hazards to help ensure safety.
• Supervising members of the maintenance team, including Mechanics, Electricians and specialized contractors.
• Maintaining records of equipment installations, malfunctions, maintenance and repairs.
• Estimating project costs and assisting in developing a departmental budget.
• Staying current on machinery recalls, safety guidelines and evolving industry standards.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services.
• Holder of a valid Mandatory Basic Safety Training Certificate (Construction Safety Green Card).
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards.
• Possession of a valid driving license (Classes 1 and 2) is preferable.
• Fluent in both spoken and written Cantonese and English.
