We are seeking a talented individual to join our Sales team at Marsh. This role will be based in Croatia. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The role will executes sales goals by maintaining a large book of business of complex or high-yield accounts by conducting frequent sales presentations, calls and meetings.

We will count on you to:

Lead and scale business development activities focused on Tier 1
Implement consistent sales processes and governance (pipeline hygiene, MPower usage, KPIs).
Coordinate local sales efforts and align them with regional strategy and Marsh standards.
Own lead follow-up, opportunity qualification, and conversion improvements.
Mentor and upskill local brokers to increase productivity and win rates.

What you need to have: 

Demonstrable experience with highly developed markets and internal service offering insights to sales cold calls to engage potential clients, generate interest and schedule meetings or presentations.
Worked with sales proposals, presentations and RFP responses which creatively and effectively addressed complex prospect needs and appropriately communicated the business value of internal services and offerings.
Have lead complex account processes from the identification stage to closing; leading pricing negotiations, facilitating product and expectation discussions and ultimately securing a beneficial financial outcome for the business.
