CDL Class A Driver | Home Daily | No-Touch Drayage

We're looking for an experienced CDL Class A Driver based in the Charleston area to join our Transportation team. If you're dependable, safety-focused, and looking for consistent local work that gets you home every day, we'd like to hear from you.

Role Overview

Enjoy consistent local routes,home every night, no-touch freight, and drop-and-hook operations while transporting containers from thePort of Charleston to Maxwood facilities.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Charleston-area CDL driver looking for steady work without long-haul routes or nights away from home.

What You'll Do

• Run local drayage routes from Wando Welch Terminal and other Charleston-area port facilities to Maxwood locations

• Safely operate Class A equipment while following DOT regulations

• Perform drop-and-hook moves with no-touch freight

• Complete vehicle inspections and required logs

• Communicate with dispatch to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time deliveries

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL

• 5+ years of CDL Class A driving experience

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)

• Valid TWIC Card

• Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening

• Port and/or drayage experience preferred

• Familiarity with the Port of Charleston and Charleston-area routes is a plus
