Ce que ce poste implique :

Nous recherchons un(e) professionnel(le) de la paie expérimenté(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe canadienne. Vous assurerez la conformité de la paie, mettrez en œuvre des améliorations de processus et travaillerez avec des technologies SIRH modernes. Vous encadrerez les membres de l'équipe et contribuerez directement à l'expérience employé des professionnels de JLL partout au Canada. Ce poste convient à un(e) expert(e) qui aime résoudre des défis complexes au sein d'une organisation mondiale.

Ce poste est hybride : 3 jours au bureau et 2 jours Ă  distance par semaine.

Ă€ quoi ressemblera votre quotidien :

  • Diriger le traitement prĂ©cis et ponctuel de la paie multiprovinciale dans toutes les provinces et territoires canadiens, en assurant une conformitĂ© complète avec le RPC, l'AE et les retenues fiscales fĂ©dĂ©rales/provinciales. Superviser l'ensemble du cycle de paie incluant les nouvelles embauches, les cessations d'emploi, les ajustements salariaux, les primes, les commissions et les paiements hors cycle complexes. PrĂ©senter des formations Ă  de petits et grands groupes de gestionnaires et d'employĂ©s pour la saisie des feuilles de temps.
  • Maintenir une connaissance experte de la lĂ©gislation canadienne sur la paie, incluant les normes d'emploi, les exigences de l'ARC et les rĂ©glementations spĂ©cifiques au QuĂ©bec (RRQ, RQAP, CNESST). PrĂ©parer et soumettre les dĂ©clarations gouvernementales critiques incluant les relevĂ©s T4/T4A, les relevĂ©s d'emploi, les dĂ©clarations d'ISE et les rapports CSPAAT. Diriger les prĂ©parations d'audit et identifier les risques de conformitĂ© de manière proactive.
  • Agir en tant qu'expert(e) en la matière du système de paie, en favorisant l'automatisation, en rationalisant les flux de travail et en dĂ©fendant les meilleures pratiques. Diriger les mises Ă  niveau, intĂ©grations et implĂ©mentations de systèmes en partenariat avec les Ă©quipes RH, Finance et TI.
  • Traiter les demandes complexes escaladĂ©es tout en maintenant une confidentialitĂ© stricte. Collaborer avec la direction des RH et des Finances sur la stratĂ©gie de rĂ©munĂ©ration, la budgĂ©tisation et la planification de la main-d'Ĺ“uvre. GĂ©nĂ©rer des analyses sophistiquĂ©es pour la rĂ©vision exĂ©cutive incluant l'analyse des coĂ»ts, les explications des Ă©carts et les prĂ©visions des tendances.
  • Fournir orientation, formation et mentorat au personnel de la paie, localement et Ă  l'Ă©tranger. RĂ©viser le travail pour en assurer l'exactitude, offrir des commentaires constructifs et dĂ©velopper les capacitĂ©s de l'Ă©quipe par la documentation et le partage des connaissances.

Qualifications requises :

  • 7+ annĂ©es d'expĂ©rience progressive en paie canadienne avec expertise multiprovinciale dĂ©montrĂ©e, incluant la rĂ©solution de scĂ©narios complexes et le système distinct du QuĂ©bec.
  • Certification PLP requise.
  • ComprĂ©hension experte de la lĂ©gislation fĂ©dĂ©rale/provinciale canadienne en matière d'emploi, des rĂ©glementations sur la paie et de la conformitĂ© fiscale. ExpĂ©rience dans l'interprĂ©tation de lĂ©gislation complexe et son application Ă  des situations uniques.
  • Solide expĂ©rience avec les systèmes de paie d'entreprise (Workday, ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian Dayforce). CapacitĂ© dĂ©montrĂ©e Ă  configurer les systèmes, rĂ©soudre des problèmes complexes et optimiser les fonctionnalitĂ©s.
  • CompĂ©tences Excel expertes incluant les tableaux croisĂ©s dynamiques et les formules avancĂ©es. ExpĂ©rience avec les outils de reporting et les plateformes d'intelligence d'affaires est un atout.
  • CapacitĂ© dĂ©montrĂ©e Ă  diriger des projets, encadrer les membres de l'Ă©quipe et influencer les parties prenantes. Solides compĂ©tences en communication avec capacitĂ© d'expliquer des concepts complexes Ă  des audiences non spĂ©cialisĂ©es en paie.
  • Attention exceptionnelle aux dĂ©tails avec compĂ©tences organisationnelles supĂ©rieures. CapacitĂ© Ă  gĂ©rer plusieurs prioritĂ©s sous pression tout en maintenant une discrĂ©tion absolue avec les informations confidentielles.

Qualifications préférées :

  • Titre de GPC (Gestionnaire de la paie certifiĂ©)
  • Connaissance de la paie en matière de capitaux propres/d'affectations internationales
  • Bilinguisme anglais/français

What this job involves:

We're seeking an accomplished payroll professional to join the team as Payroll Supervisor, reporting to the Senior Payroll Manager. In this role, you will drive compliance excellence and implement process improvements. You'll work with cutting-edge HRIS technology, mentor team members, and directly impact the employee experience for JLL professionals across Canada. This role is ideal for a seasoned payroll professional who thrives on solving complex challenges and wants to leverage their expertise within a global organization.

This role is in office 3 days/week and has flexibility to work remotely 2 days/week.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Lead accurate, timely multi-provincial payroll processing across all Canadian provinces and territories, ensuring complete compliance with CPP, EI, and federal/provincial tax withholdings. Oversee the full payroll lifecycle including new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, bonuses, commissions, and complex off-cycle payments. Present training to small and large groups of managers and employees for time card entry.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation including Employment Standards, CRA requirements, and Quebec-specific regulations (QPP, QPIP, CNESST). Prepare and submit critical government filings including T4/T4A statements, ROEs, EHT returns, and WSIB reporting. Lead audit preparations and identify compliance risks proactively.
  • Serve as the payroll system subject matter expert, driving automation, streamlining workflows, and championing best practices. Lead system upgrades, integrations, and implementations in partnership with HR, Finance, and IT teams.
  • Handle complex escalated inquiries while maintaining strict confidentiality. Partner with senior HR and Finance leadership on compensation strategy, budgeting, and workforce planning. Generate sophisticated analytics for executive review including cost analysis, variance explanations, and trend forecasting.
  • Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to payroll staff, locally and offshore. Review work for accuracy, offer constructive feedback, and build team capability through documentation and knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of progressive Canadian payroll experience with demonstrated multi-provincial expertise, including complex scenario resolution and Quebec's distinct system.
  • PLP certification required.
  • Expert-level understanding of Canadian federal/provincial employment legislation, payroll regulations, and tax compliance. Experience interpreting complex legislation and applying it to unique situations.
  • Strong experience with enterprise payroll systems (Workday, ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian Dayforce). Proven ability to configure systems, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize functionality.
  • Expert Excel skills including pivot tables and advanced formulas. Experience with reporting tools and business intelligence platforms is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects, mentor team members, and influence stakeholders. Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts to non-payroll audiences.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with superior organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure while maintaining absolute discretion with confidential information.

  • CPM designation
  • Equity/international assignment payroll knowledge
  • Bilingual English/French proficiency
  • Professional services industry background

Estimated compensation for this position:

85,000.00 – 100,000.00 CAD per year

This range represents the estimated base salary and actual compensation may differ. Final base salary is determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations. Some roles and employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, benefits, or other compensation.
