As aBranchTeam Lead youareresponsible formotivating,coaching, and encouragingemployees.By your leadership, the goals, purpose, and vision for theemployees will be brought into focus and executed by your ability to collaborate and build relationships.  

A day inthe life - 

• Provide a positive work environment that attracts,retains, and motivates talent. 

• Coaches, trains, andmotivates team members to meet service and sales goals. 

• Supports operational reporting and manages team targets and performance metrics. 

• Responsible forassistingbranchmanager (or overseeingobjectives inabsence of management onsite)andensuring that daily service commitments are met. 

• Able to answer client and associate questions, handle service/call escalations,answers phone inquiries, complete special projects, train new hires, andassist in creating processes. 

• Maintainsnecessaryrelationship with employees to ensure quality service standards are met. 

• Other job responsibilities asrequired. 

Whatyou will bring to our team - 

• Minimum 3 years' insurance brokerage experience, including at least 1 year ofleadership experience. 

• Level2General Insurance License and an industry designation (CAIB, CIP, FCIP, CRM). 

• Excellent communicationand time managementskills. 

• Strong organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail and accuracy. 

Salary Expectations –

The expectedsalary rangefor this position is$50,000 to $60,000 and will beimpacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid-time-offbenefits, and eligible bonuses, and commissions for some positions.
