Short department description
You will join our Pumps, Cyclones & Valves (PCV) team, delivering OEM service, parts and technical support to mining and mineral processing customers.

Your responsibilities

•      Provide on-site technical support for pumps, cyclones, valves and related equipment.

•      Supervise equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance and rebuilds.

•      Diagnose failures and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

•      Conduct equipment inspections and issue clear technical service reports.

•      Train customers on safe operation, maintenance and equipment best practices.

•      Coordinate with engineering, sales and service teams to resolve technical issues.

•      Identify aftermarket opportunities that improve equipment reliability and performance.

•      Champion FLSmidth and customer safety standards during every site activity.

What you bring

•      Bring 3+ years of field service experience in mining or heavy industry.

•      Demonstrate knowledge of pumps, cyclones, valves or mineral processing equipment.

•      Read and interpret engineering drawings, manuals and technical documentation.

•      Communicate clearly with customers, contractors and cross-functional teams.

•      Work independently, solve problems and manage changing site priorities.

•      Travel frequently within [country/region] and internationally when required.

•      Hold a valid driver's licence and meet site medical and safety requirements.
