ASIC Reliability Analysis Engineer

As anASICReliability AnalysisEngineer, you will be responsible for supporting ASIC reliability assurance and lab operations by enabling test readiness, maintaining critical test hardware, and executing reliability-related activities. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure testing platforms, lab equipment, and reliability infrastructure are properly configured, maintained, and ready to support engineering and production needs.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Configure, set up, and maintainUltraFlex CP and FT testers to support ASIC test operations.
• Ensure proper functionality, readiness, and calibration of test equipment to meet operational requirements.
• Set up and maintainTEL probers andChroma handlers, and perform routine checks to ensure stable and optimal performance.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and supportprobe cards andload boards to ensure equipment is in good working condition and available for use.
• ManageMTB lab logistics, including inventory control, equipment allocation, and scheduling coordination.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support smooth lab operations and efficient resource utilization.
• Performpass/fail verification for tested devices, analyze results, and ensure accurate reporting of findings.
• Set upHTOL ovens and executeHTOL test flows according to defined protocols.
• ValidateBI boards and ensure proper execution of HTOL-related activities.
• Support lab and reliability infrastructure readiness to enable timely engineering execution and issue resolution.

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• ABachelor’s degree inElectrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience inASIC ATE test operation.
• Working knowledge ofHTOL setup and execution.
• Experience with test equipment setup, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting in a lab or manufacturing support environment.
• Ability to analyze test outcomes and provide clear, accurate reporting.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Working-level English proficiency with the ability to support documentation and daily cross-functional communication.

Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications are a plus:

• Experience withUltraFlex CP/FT tester operation and maintenance.
• Familiarity withTEL probers,Chroma handlers,probe cards, andload boards.
• Experience inlab logistics coordination, inventory control, and equipment scheduling.
• Understanding of reliability test execution flows and hardware readiness requirements for ASIC products.
• Strong sense of ownership, execution discipline, and attention to detail.
