Nous sommes à la recherche d'une personne positive et ayant l'esprit d'équipe pour se joindre à notre centre de distribution de Dorval comme coordinateur (e) d'inventaire.  Le titulaire du poste répondra aux besoins de l’entrepôt en matière de gestion des stocks pour Dorval. Il travaillera avec des clients internes, en particulier avec les équipes Distribution et Service de la réglementation et de l’assurance de la qualité, pour résoudre les enjeux liés aux produits et aux stocks. Le candidat retenu travaillera principalement avec les préposés à l’entrepôt.


Les heures de travail: lundi à vendredi soir de 14h à 22h30

Votre contribution à l’organisation :

  • Soutenir les prĂ©posĂ©s Ă  l’entrepĂ´t
  • Traiter les modifications apportĂ©es Ă  la source ou Ă  la destination des produits
  • VĂ©rifier les caractĂ©ristiques du produit
  • DĂ©placer les produits dans l’entrepĂ´t
  • Mettre Ă  jour les donnĂ©es sur le poids et le volume
  • Traiter les retours
  • Inspecter et signaler des produits endommagĂ©s ou expirĂ©s
  • Participer Ă  divers projets
  • Superviser les emplacements et les aires d’entreposage des produits
  • EnquĂŞter sur les divergences d’expĂ©dition et les divergences entre la commande et l’accusĂ© de rĂ©ception

Ce poste vous est destiné si vous répondez aux critères suivants :

  • Vous dĂ©tenez un diplĂ´me d’études secondaires.
  • Vous maĂ®trisez bien l’anglais et le français, Ă  l’oral et Ă  l’écrit
  • * La maĂ®trise de l'anglais est essentielle pour communiquer, soutenir et fournir des services aux personnes, aux employĂ©s ou aux partenaires qui ne parlent pas français, en particulier lorsqu'ils se trouvent Ă  l'extĂ©rieur de la province de QuĂ©bec.
  • Vous occupez un poste liĂ© aux stocks depuis au moins un an (expĂ©rience en gestion des stocks, un atout)
  • Vous possĂ©dez une excellente connaissance des systèmes informatiques, en particulier des systèmes ERP, des systèmes de gestion des entrepĂ´ts (WMS), de MS Access et Excel (un atout)
  • Vous ĂŞtes en mesure de faire face aux prioritĂ©s changeantes
  • Vous connaissez bien les principes et les procĂ©dures de gestion des stocks, de mĂŞme que le système AS/400 (un atout)
  • Vous pouvez soulever des charges pouvant atteindre 23 kg

We are looking for a positive and team-oriented individual to join our Dorval Distribution Centre as anInventory Coordinator. The incumbent will meet the warehouse’s inventory management needs for Dorval. This position involves working with internal clients, particularly the Distribution and Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance teams, to solve product and inventory issues.

The successful candidate will work primarily with stock coordinators.


Working hours: Monday to Friday evenings from: 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm

Location: Dorval, Qc



Your contributions to the organization will be:

  • Supporting stock coordinators
  • Processing changes to the source or destination of products
  • Verifying product characteristics
  • Moving products in the warehouse
  • Updating weight and volume data
  • Processing returns
  • Inspecting and reporting damaged or expired products
  • Participating in various projects
  • Overseeing product locations and areas
  • Investigating shipping and receiving discrepancies

This job might be for you if:

  • You have a high school diploma
  • You are fluent in spoken and written English and French
  • You’re able to communicate Fluently in French and *English
  • * Fluency in English is essential to communicate, support and provide services to individuals, employees or partners who do not speak French, especially when they are outside the province of Quebec
  • You have held an inventory-related position for at least one year (inventory management experience, an asset)
  • You have excellent knowledge of computer systems, particularly ERP systems, WMS, MS Access and Excel, an asset
  • You are able to cope with changing priorities
  • You have good knowledge of the principles and procedures of inventory management and are familiar with the AS/400 system (an asset)
  • You are able to lift loads of up to 23 kg
