Software Testing Manager

We are seeking an experiencedSoftware Testing Manager to lead our QA team in delivering high-quality products and services that meet established standards and customer expectations. In this role, you will drive quality assurance initiatives, optimize processes and mentor a high-performing team to achieve defined targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce quality assurance policies, leading the QA team to set and achieve defined targets
• Ensure all products and services meet established standards and customer expectations
• Conduct comprehensive audits and assess existing processes for potential improvements
• Improve product quality and process optimization
• Manage people management and growth through mentoring team members and fostering a collaborative environment
• Encourage continuous professional development to build a high-performing team

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality assurance, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Proven track record in effective team management and successful project execution
• Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools
• Skills in analytical and problem-solving to identify issues and develop viable solutions
• Demonstrated leadership skills with effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Capability to manage, motivate and lead a team while ensuring productive interactions with various stakeholders
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
