Senior M365 Engineer

We are looking for aSenior M365 Engineer to support day-to-day engineering and operations of the Microsoft 365 collaboration platform, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive, covering service administration, configuration, access, service health and platform troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Manage mailboxes, distribution lists, shared mailboxes, mail flow rules and quarantine within Exchange Online
• Administer team and channel lifecycle, meeting policies, guest access and Teams Phone
• Handle site creation, permissions, storage and quota management, external sharing policies, sync and retention compliance for SharePoint Online and OneDrive
• Monitor service health, usage and capacity across the platform
• Process standard platform requests and configuration changes
• Diagnose and remediate Microsoft 365 platform issues at L2/L3 level
• Contribute to major-incident support alongside Security and Identity teams

Requirements

• 3+ years of Microsoft 365 / collaboration platform engineering experience
• Expertise in Exchange Online mailbox management, mail flow and hybrid considerations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams policies, meetings and basic voice/telephony administration
• Skills in SharePoint Online and OneDrive administration, permissions, sharing and storage management
• Knowledge of Entra ID and Conditional Access
• Competency in Exchange Online PowerShell, Microsoft Graph and PowerShell scripting
• Familiarity with Azure Automation, Azure Logic Apps and CI/CD
• Understanding of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management)
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
