Senior PBI & Automation Developer

As aSenior PBI & Automation Developer, you will take ownership of developing and continuously improving business-critical data, reporting and automation solutions for internal customers across our global organization.

Working closely with product owners and business experts, you will transform complex business requirements and data into meaningful, user-friendly solutions. WhilePower BI and data analytics will be at the heart of your role, you will also have the opportunity to work withautomation, low-code technologies and AI-supported solutions.

Your tasks:

► Design, develop and continuously improvePower BI reports, dashboards and data solutions

► Create and maintain scalabledata models and Premium Data Sets, ensuring reliable and consistent reporting

► Translate complex business requirements into effective and user-friendly reporting and analytics solutions

► Work closely with product owners, business experts and international stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle

► Integrate, transform and analyze data from multiple sources and turn it into actionable business insights

► Ensure high standards ofdata quality, performance and maintainability across reporting solutions

► Identify opportunities forautomation and process digitalization and implement solutions that simplify everyday business processes, using tools such asn8n, Power Automate and other workflow automation technologies

► Develop and improvelow-code solutions using Power Apps, OutSystems and other low-code / Microsoft Power Platform technologies

► Explore and applyAI-supported tools and technologies to enhance reporting, analytics and automation

► Provide professional support to users and stakeholders and continuously improve existing solutions based on business needs and feedback

► University degree inComputer Science, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, Economics or a related field

►At least 5 years of professional experience in Power BI development, Business Intelligence, data analytics or a comparable field

► Strong hands-on experience withPower BI, including the development of complex reports, dashboards and enterprise-level reporting solutions

► Strong knowledge ofdata modelling, DAX and Power Query

► Experience in integrating and transforming data from multiple sources and translating complex business requirements into scalable solutions

► Good understanding ofdata quality, performance optimization and sustainable BI solution design

► Experience or strong interest inautomation, digitalization and low-code development, including technologies such asn8n, Power Automate, Power Apps and OutSystems

► Independent, proactive and solution-oriented working style with the ability to take ownership of complex development topics

► Strong communication skills and confidence in working with both technical and business stakeholders in an international environment

► Very good command ofEnglish, both written and spoken

What gives you further advantages:

► Experience with theMicrosoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps and Power Automate

► Experience withworkflow automation and process orchestration, particularly withn8n, Power Automate or similar automation platforms

► Experience withlow-code development platforms, especiallyPower Apps, OutSystems or similar technologies

► Knowledge ofSQL and modern data platforms

► Experience with enterprise-scale Power BI environments, shared datasets and reporting governance

► Experience in process automation and workflow digitalization

► Practical experience withAI tools and AI-supported business solutions

► Experience inHR analytics or HR reporting
