Role - SAP SD/MM & SAP SD+CS Consultant

Description:

·5+ years’ experience in SAP - Material Management/SAP SD

·Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines

·Understand & analyze requirements

·Develop technical design specification & translate design into specifications and program codes.

·Develop unit test package, execute test and document test results to ensure the quality of the program.

·Conduct review & integration testing to ensure the quality of deliverables before handing over to users for UAT

·Provide global application maintenance service to users on company supported SAP Business Applications

·Provide global application maintenance support service to users via email and phone based on company methodologies, standard and tools

·In-depth knowledge of SAP-SD module. Knowledge of CRM and/or SSF Ticketing Tools will be an added advantage.

·Conversant with relevant knowledge of business processes

·Basic knowledge of ITIL best practices (IT infrastructure library).
