Senior Product Manager

We are looking for an experiencedSenior Product Manager to join our team. 

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization aligned with business goals
• Translate business needs into well-defined product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Drivesprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, and charting
• Build and maintain product roadmaps and delivery plans
• Work closely with Engineering, QA, and Design teams throughout the development lifecycle
• Define product goals and success criteria for features and releases
• Analyze product performance, user feedback, and business metrics to inform product decisions
• Act as the main point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Support release planning and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of Product Management experience in the iGaming industry — mandatory
• Excellent English proficiency — mandatory
• Strong knowledge ofAgile & Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, estimation, and charting
• Proven experience working directly with technical teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on experience with product management tools such asJira, Confluence, or similar
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  

Nice to Have

• Experience withB2B iGaming platforms or internal products
• Understanding ofiGaming regulations and compliance considerations
• Experience working in astartup or scale-up environment
