LWC+Apex+AI Tools

Key Responsibilities:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with the ability to deliver production-ready code.
• Design and implement scalable solutions using LWC, Apex, Flows, and Triggers.
• Lead integration initiatives using REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, Connected Apps, OAuth, and Platform Events.
• Apply enterprise design patterns and Salesforce best practices in Apex development.
• Ensure robust error handling, governor limit management, and performance optimization.
• Architect and implement parent-child communication in LWC, event handling, and LMS/pub-sub models.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Leverage modern development tools and frameworks, including AI-assisted development tools, to improve productivity and code quality.
• Be ready to contribute to and support AI-driven development initiatives as part of future roadmap programs.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong hands-on expertise in LWC, Aura, Apex, Flows, and Triggers.
• Solid understanding of AI-enabled development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, generative AI coding assistants) and willingness to adopt AI-driven engineering practices.
• Readiness to work on AI-based solutions and integrate AI capabilities into Salesforce ecosystem as required.
• Deep knowledge of integration patterns and real-world API implementations.
• Expertise in batch processing, asynchronous transactions, and resilient error handling mechanisms.
