  • Partner with customer leadership teams to establish AI governance frameworks, oversight processes, operational policies, documentation standards, governance committees, and stakeholder alignment strategies.
  • Support customers pursuing AI recognition, accreditation, or governance initiatives through readiness planning, framework development, gap assessments, documentation reviews, and compliance recommendations.
  • Develop customer-specific value realization strategies, including ROI and TCO analyses, operational impact assessments, executive scorecards, success metrics, adoption KPIs, reporting frameworks, and business case development.
  • Analyze customer data, workflow metrics, operational performance indicators, and adoption outcomes to identify improvement opportunities, demonstrate value realization, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Monitor emerging healthcare AI regulations, standards, and industry guidance, perform impact assessments, and advise customers on maintaining compliance with evolving requirements.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to develop scalable best practices, share lessons learned, identify enhancement opportunities, and continuously improve customer outcomes and service delivery.
