Concentrix Malaysia is hiring a Senior Facility Supervisor to manage facility operations within a contact center environment and ensure the smooth functioning of all critical building systems.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily facility operations and maintenance activities
- Manage HVAC, electrical, UPS, generator, plumbing, and fire protection systems
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
- Manage vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and statutory requirements
- Lead and supervise facility team members
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Facility Supervisor in a Contact Centre/BPO environment
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, UPS, generators, electrical systems, and building maintenance
- Experience managing vendors, budgets, and facility-related projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
