This is a hands-on, supplier-facing role where you will leadsupplier recovery and development activities, identify operational challenges and implement structured improvement plans.

You will work across complex manufacturing environments, helping suppliers strengthen their processes, increase capacity and ensure they are prepared to meet current and future production demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadsupplier development and recovery activities to improve delivery, quality and operational performance.
• Develop and drivecontinuous improvement and supplier recovery plans.
• Work directly with strategic suppliers and theirsub-tier supply chains to resolve performance issues.
• Identifyproduction bottlenecks, capacity constraints and process inefficiencies.
• Conductindustrial maturity, capability and capacity assessments to evaluate supplier readiness.
• Drive improvement initiatives usingLean, APQP and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Support suppliers throughTransfers of Work and industrial ramp-up activities.
• Facilitate supplier transformation initiatives to improve manufacturing capability and performance.
• Monitor supplier performance, risks and improvement actions to ensure sustainable results.
• Work closely withProcurement, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain and Programme teams.
• Act as a key point of contact forsupplier performance and recovery activities.
• Support suppliers in building the capacity and capability required to meetfuture production demand.

Required Skills:

• Mandatory experience withinaerospace manufacturing
• Proven experience insupplier development, supplier recovery or performance improvement.
• Strong understanding ofmanufacturing processes and industrial operations.
• Experience identifying and resolvingproduction bottlenecks and capacity constraints.
• Experience conductingsupplier capacity, capability or industrial maturity assessments.
• Good knowledge ofLean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Experience usingAPQP and/or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong supplier and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence suppliers and drive measurable improvements.

Required Qualifications:

• ABachelor’s orMaster’s degree inEngineering, or equivalent military experience.

Desirable Skills:

• Transfers of Work or industrial ramp-up experience.
• Supplier transformation or recovery experience.
• Lean / Six Sigma certification.
• Experience working withsub-tier suppliers.
• Knowledge of8D and Root Cause Analysis.
