POSITION SUMMARY
The Email Marketing and Graphic Design Coordinator blends data-driven digital marketing with visual storytelling to engage a global university alumni community. This position assists in building, testing, and optimizing email campaigns to engage alumni, drive returning enrollment, and support fundraising objectives. The role also provides cross-channel graphic design support for email, social media, digital displays, and print materials.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Email Marketing
- Assist with building and testing email marketing campaigns.
- Manage email template creation and analytics setup.
- Develop communications that nurture alumni relationships, boost engagement, and drive donor retention.
Graphic Design & Visual Assets
- Create on-brand visual assets for email, social media, digital displays, and print materials.
- Adhere to university brand guidelines.
- Organize and maintain the digital asset library.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–4 years of email marketing and/or graphic design experience.
- Proficiency with email marketing and automation tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Preferred
- Experience learning and navigating email marketing platforms.
- Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
- Experience with Marketing Cloud.
- Experience with digital communications.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Microsoft Office
- Microsoft Teams / Zoom
- SharePoint / cloud-based platforms
- Mass email marketing platform
- Canva or another graphic design tool (strongly preferred)

- Creative visual design combined with a data-driven understanding of opens, clicks, and conversions.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple calendars, design requests, and deadlines.

Start & End Date  Monday, October 12, 2026 – Friday, December 18, 2026 (Ten Weeks)Work Schedule Part-Time: 3 hours per day (up to 15 hours per week); weekdays between 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
