In This Role You Will

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactiveSenior Intermodal Operations Specialist to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily coordination of trailer movements for export and import operations, ensuring smooth and timely intermodal transport processes. You will play a key role in maintaining seamless communication between customers, shipping/train lines, and internal departments.

About the Role

Daily monitoring and coordination of trailer movements for export and import vessels and trains. Close communication with shipping/train lines, customers, and internal departments. Ensuring operational accuracy and timely flow of documentation. Supporting smooth execution of intermodal transport processes

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Logistics, International Trade, or related fields),

• 5-6 years of experience in intermodal logistics operations,

• Strong command of English (written and spoken),

• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset,

• Ability to work in flexible hours when required,

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused approach.
