The Opportunity

We are recruiting an experiencedDirector of Nursing for a leading private healthcare group inRiyadh, Saudi Arabia.

This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished senior nursing leader to join a major healthcare organisation, providing strategic and operational leadership across nursing services while maintaining the highest standards of patient care, clinical governance and professional practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for nursing services

• Lead and develop nursing teams to deliver excellent patient care

• Maintain high standards of clinical governance, quality and patient safety

• Support workforce planning, recruitment, retention and professional development

• Ensure compliance with organisational policies and regulatory standards

• Promote evidence-based nursing practice and continuous improvement

• Work collaboratively with senior medical, clinical and operational leadership

Candidate Requirements

• Experienced senior nursing leader with a strong background innursing management and leadership

• PreviousDirector of Nursing or senior nursing leadership experience highly desirable

• Strong knowledge of clinical governance, quality and nursing standards

• Eligible for professional classification with theSaudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS)

• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional and confident presentation
