Job Title: Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter C2M SPL
Job ID: 26-01166
Location: Mandaluyong City, 1550/Taguig City
Work SetUp : Hybrid 2x a week RTO
Duration: 6 months
 
Salary Range : 130k to 140k (negotiable depending on experience)
 
Job Description:

Summary:
As a Packaged Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. Collaboration with various teams and utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms are integral to delivering solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and efficiency.
 
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members to ensure project milestones are met.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance application functionality and user experience.
- Mentor and guide team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
 
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter C2M SPL.
- Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Software Engineering, Billing Processing.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and customization within packaged and Software as a Service environments.
- Experience working with application programming interfaces and low-code platforms to develop and integrate solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues to maintain application stability and performance.
- Familiarity with release management processes and best practices to ensure smooth deployment cycles.
Billing
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter C2M SPL.
- This position is based at our Manila office.
