Logistics Specialist - Santa Ana, CA - Contract - $25-35 per HR

The position is based in Santa Ana, CA, and is a 12-month contract opportunity. The role involves ensuring the effective collection and validation of data, documents, and invoices in a logistics setting. Proficiency in generic spreadsheet applications and data management is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect data and documents to support departmental projects and activities.
• Examine documents, materials, and data to ensure they meet standards.
• Coordinate and execute special projects and ancillary services.
• Work collaboratively in a highly matrixed environment for continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
• 3-4 years of related experience preferred.
• General knowledge of logistics operations and specific area of work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; team player.
• Proficiency with generic spreadsheet and word processing applications.
