Pay Range: $33 - $38/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and develop logistics plans affecting production, distribution, and inventory.
Create and review distribution and inventory management procedures.
Maximize customer satisfaction while minimizing costs.
Coordinate shipments and support global logistics operations.
Ensure regulatory compliance for international transportation.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

0-2 years of related experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain.
Associate degree or equivalent preferred.
Knowledge of transportation modes: Ocean (LCL, FCL), Air, Road, Rail.
Experience with hazardous materials shipping compliance: IATA, IMDG, DOT, U.S. export regulations, and country-specific import/export requirements.
Proficiency in preparing international shipping documents: Commercial/customs invoices, Packing lists, Certificates of Origin, Free Trade Agreement documentation, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Analysis, Export documentation, and Shipper's Letters of Instruction (SLI).
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to prioritize and work with urgency.
Comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
Strong accountability and responsiveness.
Decision-making skills in uncertain situations.
