Role Overview

We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Logistics & Operations Intern to support Harriet’s entire order fulfillment process — from order placement to final delivery. You will work closely with our operations team, vendors, and courier partners to ensure orders are processed, packed, and delivered efficiently and accurately.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, vendor management, and customer service within a fast-growing fashion tech startup.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in processing and managing online orders efficiently.

• Coordinate with vendors and courier partners to support timely deliveries.

• Assist with order updates, returns, and customer inquiries.

• Coordinate with vendors to upload and manage products on the platform.

• Assist in onboarding new vendors to the platform.

• Monitor order and logistics performance and assist in identifying areas for improvement.

• Work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams.

• Support the operations team with day-to-day logistics and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• No prior experience is required; internship or academic experience in logistics, business, e-commerce, or a related field is an advantage.

• Strong communication skills in Sinhala and English.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Positive attitude and good teamwork skills.
