As aWarehouse Logistics Coordinator you will perform manual duties related to movement of products and materials; verify the physical accuracy of the shipping and receiving function. This position is located in North, PA - USA.
Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Monitoring sales orders and inventory levels to ensure timely shipment
- Prepare Shipments – Create in SAP, print and assemble paperwork, confirm shipment accuracy
- Schedule Shipments with carriers and/or customers as required
- Send all pick-up request emails.
- Comply with customer order requests.
- Shipment expediting as requested/required.
- Resolving SAP system or inventory issues that may prevent timely shipment of orders.
- Consulting with the Customer Service and Quality departments to resolve issues preventing shipment
- Vacation coverage in other areas of the department
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Strong background in computerized inventory and shipping systems, preferably SAP
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Excellent problem solving skills and numeracy skills;
- Enthusiastic team player;
- Results oriented and high attention to detail;
- Ability to learn computer skills
How Would You Stand Out?
- English Fluency
High School diploma or GED
Ability to handle multiple tasks.
Available to work overtime as needed to cover special situations.
