Position: Logistics Associate
Location: New York, NY 10065
Duration: 10/19/2026 – 04/19/2027
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Schedule: 37.5 hours/week, 5 days/week, Monday–Friday, onsite
Pay Rate: $22/hr.

Requirements

Required Experience

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Food handling and constant exposure to cold temperatures when working in Food and Nutrition.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Take inventory and order supplies to maintain established inventory levels.
• Count supplies, process orders through inventory management systems such as Helios, and monitor backorders.
• Identify overstocked and fast-moving items and recommend changes to par levels.
• Select correct quantities, account numbers/expense codes, cost centers, dates, and locations for orders.
• Identify cost-containment opportunities and make recommendations to managers.
• Deliver, distribute, store, and replenish supplies, procedure carts, patient charge items, and linen.
• Stock nurse servers, medication rooms, supply closets, examination rooms, patient rooms, treatment areas, labs, and other assigned areas.
• Coordinate with vendors and ancillary services including Plant Operations, Facilities Management, Safety, and Environmental Services.
• Store FDA-approved products securely according to established guidelines.
