Position Overview
We are seeking a Logistics Analyst to support parts, materials, inventory, and supply-chain activities within a manufacturing environment in Phoenix, AZ.
This is a hands-on logistics position that includes working in a cleanroom environment. Primary responsibilities include parts management, material handling, packing and unpacking, inventory support, and ensuring critical materials and parts are available when needed.
The position also provides analytical and administrative support for logistics and supply-chain operations, including production planning, inventory control, shipment coordination, data analysis, and process improvement.
The ideal candidate has 2–3+ years of hands-on parts, materials, logistics, inventory, or supply-chain experience and is comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize parts and materials within a manufacturing environment.
- Perform hands-on material handling activities.
- Pack and unpack parts and materials.
- Work within a cleanroom environment and follow applicable cleanroom procedures.
- Support inventory control and critical-parts availability.
- Coordinate supply-chain and logistics activities.
- Support product shipments and third-party warehousing activities.
- Assist with import/export and shipping-related activities as assigned.
- Help ensure critical materials are available to support production and customer requirements.
- Evaluate customer-support and field-service commitments to help ensure requirements are met.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and other internal teams.
- Provide data analysis supporting production planning and volume studies.
- Track and analyze logistics and supply-chain information.
- Participate in process and productivity improvement initiatives.
- Assist in developing logistics plans and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Perform additional logistics and supply-chain duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of related logistics and/or supply-chain experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience with parts management, material handling, inventory, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and objectives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate across departments.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline preferred.
- Manufacturing or semiconductor industry experience.
- Cleanroom experience.
