Client is looking for full time availability.Call Schedule: 1-2 days/week if any, only overnight emergency OR call (taken from home)Call Ratio: as abovePractice Setting: Inpatient only, no clinicAverage Number of Patients Per Day: service census approx 15-20 patients, round on 3-5/day Documentation System/EMR: EpicWill APP be Working Autonomously? YesSupervising Physician Present During Assignment?: Yes-surgeonPatient Age Demographic: Adult/geriatricEstimated Credentialing Timeframe: 1 monthFacility will reimburse for the following Costs? Rental Car, Hotel, Flight (Hotel reimbursement cap ***/day, rental car ***/day. Flight only from home airport to SYR)

Diagnose Illnesses
Treat Illnesses
Order Tests
Interpret Tests
Assist in Surgery
Write Prescriptions
Coordination of Care
Rounding
Pre-Op Physical Exams

Required Procedures:

Intraoperative 1st assisting
Removal of dialysis catheters
