Location Director / Housekeeper

Purpose of the Job: 

This is a dual-role position that serves both as Location Director and Housekeeper. As Location Director, this person provides day-to-day operational leadership for the location, ensuring smooth execution of services, an engaging and welcoming environment, and alignment with the mission of Victory Church. This role also partners with the Location Pastor to help individuals discover their purpose and gifts and connect them with Serve Team opportunities. As
CV Housekeeper, this person helpsmaintain the cleanliness and readiness of the CV church facilities for planned services, activities, events, and regular office use. 

Experienceand KnowledgeRequired: 

• Proven leadership in team building and mission-driven initiatives. 

• Strong ability to communicate Victory Church’s mission, vision, and values. 

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive, solution-oriented mindset. 

• Team player with a people-first andguest service mentality. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong editing/proofreading skills. 

• Humble, hardworking, and committed to excellence. 

Location Director Essential Functions and Responsibilities: 

• Provideday-to-day operational leadership to ensure location effectiveness. 

• Ensure smooth execution of services and a welcoming environment. 

• Uphold and communicate the purpose and structure of Serve Teams. 

• Engage individuals before, during, and after Growth Track to foster involvement. 

• Recruit, develop, and empower Serve Team members. 

• Model healthy team dynamics and mentor coordinators in leading their teams. 

• Foster a vibrant, fun, and engaging environment. 
• Performadditional duties as assigned. 

Housekeeping Essential Functions and Responsibilities: 

• Dust, vacuum, mop, and disinfect various spaces throughout Victory Church. 

• Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas, including but not limited to:Office Areas,Bathrooms,Auditoriums,Kids Rooms,Multi-Purpose Spaces,Lobbies 

• Follow safety protocols to help ensure staff, volunteers, guests, andself remain in a safe and healthy environment, including the use of wet floor signs and safe handling of cleaning supplies. 

• Work with the volunteer housekeeping team tomaintain
  an appropriate standard of cleanliness and delegate responsibilities when necessary. 

• Other duties as assigned.
