Local Brand Ambassador

The Local Brand Ambassador serves as the face of Another Broken Egg within the assigned market by building relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and guests to increase brand awareness, support catering growth, and encourage café visits. Working closely with café leadership and the Marketing Manager, this position represents the brand through community engagement, networking, events, and local marketing initiatives.

This part-time position is expected to average approximately 20 hours per week. Actual hours may vary based on business needs, community events, catering opportunities, and seasonal initiatives. All hours worked must be accurately recorded.

Essential Functions: 

• Represent the brand at community events, networking opportunities, and local organizations.
• Build and maintain a structured catering pipeline with active lead tracking, follow-up cadence, and closing discipline
• Develop relationships with businesses, schools, healthcare providers, hotels, and community groups.
• Identify and support catering and local marketing opportunities.
• Coordinate community partnerships and promotional activities with café leadership.
• Assist with local events, grand openings, sampling opportunities, and brand activations.
• Promote loyalty, gift card, and community engagement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate activity records and communicate opportunities to leadership.
• Travel throughout the assigned market using reliable personal transportation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Environment

Work is performed in cafés, community venues, businesses, and occasional office settings. Evening and weekend work may be required.

• Ability to travel throughout the assigned market

• Communication: Frequently communicates with guests, all levels of leadership and team members; must be able to exchange accurate information in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Work Schedule

This is a part-time, hourly (non-exempt) position expected to average approximately 20 hours per week. Employee must accurately record all time worked. Overtime must be approved in advance. The position may be eligible to participate in Company incentive, bonus, and/or commission programs. Eligibility, metrics, and payment terms are established by the Company and may be modified prospectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, marketing, sales, community engagement, customer service, or event planning preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organization and time management.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
