Join Our Team as a Live-In Care Professional!

Are you a compassionate, caring individual looking to make a real difference in someone's life? Home Instead are seeking a dedicated Live-In Care Professional to provide exceptional care and support to our clients in their own home in and around the Shropshire area. 

This role is based in our client’s welcoming homes across the Shropshire area, where you will support individuals or couples with their daily needs and activities, helping them feel comfortable, supported and cared for in their own homes.

Due to the nature of the position we require the successful candidate to have a full clean UK driving license and access to their own vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality personal care with dignity and respect
• Offer emotional support and companionship to enhance well-being
• Assist with daily tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication administration
• Deliver compassionate, person-centred care tailored to the client's needs
• Placements from 2 to 6 weeks in alignment with clients needs

Requirements:

• A caring nature and commitment to improving the lives of others
• Experience in caregiving is an advantage but not essential – full training provided
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Ability to work flexible hours with a live-in schedule
• Flexibility to commit to Live-In assignments away from home
